Careem Launches A Service For Commuters From Dubai to Abu Dhabi

This new "city to city" service will make travel between the two emirates easier

This hassle-free platform now allows customers to book a ride from Dubai and travel to Abu Dhabi while following the COVID-19 rules in each emirate.

Gheed El Makkoui, General Manager of Careem UAE, said: “In light of the Corona pandemic and the new lifestyle habits it imposed, Careem quickly took many precautionary measures through tech-enabled solutions and on-ground efforts ensuring the highest levels of safety in its rides.

In addition, if any driver is not wearing a mask, customers can cancel the ride with a cancellation fee. 

To increase healthy and safety precautions, a contactless payment facility has been introduced in all the services to thereby reduce any contact along with sanitized cars, protective separators and  lifebuoy sanitizers in every car.
