Being inaugurated on January 4th, 2010, in a lavish ceremony with over 10,000 fireworks, for over a decade, Burj Khalifa became one of the most iconic buildings in the world.

Its construction began on January 6th, 2004 in Dubai and it became an 828-metre skyscraper making it the tallest building in the world.

It is also referred to as a vertical city, which can hold around 10,000 people in it at a given point including both residents and guests. Thousands of visitors head to the United Arab Emirates each year to visit the countrys iconic burj.
